Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CircBot website and early-access program (together, the “Service”), operated by CircBot (“we,” “us”). By using the Service or submitting your phone number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CircBot is an AI operations agent for restaurants. Through this website you can learn about CircBot and request early access or a demo. The CircBot product is in development, and features described on this website may change, may not yet be available, or may be offered only to selected participants.

2. Early access and demos

Submitting your phone number places you on a waitlist or requests a demo. It does not guarantee access to CircBot, a specific launch date, or any particular features or pricing. We may accept, decline, or limit early-access participants at our discretion. If you are accepted, separate terms may apply to your use of the CircBot product.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and our SMS Terms explain how text messages work. Both are part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false information or another person’s phone number without permission;
  • send automated, bulk, or spam submissions;
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the CircBot name, logo, text, design, and software, is owned by CircBot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Other product names shown on this website, such as QuickBooks, Square, DoorDash, and Uber Eats, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

6. Third-party services

CircBot is designed to connect with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or their terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on this website is for general information only. CircBot does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and any financial reports or insights it produces should be reviewed before you rely on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircBot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end the Service, or your participation in it, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
